Yes! We offer a completely free trial lesson so you can assess the tutor’s suitability before committing. If you're not satisfied, we’ll arrange a second trial with another tutor — also free of charge.

Fees depend on the tutor’s qualifications, experience, and the academic level of the student. We provide transparent pricing upfront, and you only pay for lessons that are confirmed.

Usually within 24 to 72 hours. We prioritise urgent requests, especially during exam periods. Our team will be in touch quickly once you submit your request.

No long-term contracts required. We believe in flexibility. Most families continue because of the results, not because they’re locked in to a contract.

We offer various payment options—PayNow, bank transfer, or credit card. You’ll receive a monthly invoice and only pay after lessons are completed. No advance fees unless agreed.

We provide regular progress updates through a dedicated WhatsApp group, where tutors share feedback, learning progress, and any key concerns. You’ll always be in the loop.

We cover core subjects for Primary and Secondary School levels, including:

Just let us know your child’s needs and we’ll match you with the right tutor. Any other subjects are also available, however, time required to find tutors will be longer than normal
